1. Who we are

Autonnel (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Autonnel project and the autonnel.com marketing site (the “Site”), and the Autonnel Cloud SaaS at app.autonnel.com (the “Service”). This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers the autonnel.com marketing site and the Autonnel Cloud SaaS. It does not cover self-hosted deployments of the open-source Autonnel software — when you self-host, you control the data and you are the controller.

3. Data we collect

On the marketing site (autonnel.com)

HTTP request logs (IP, user agent, referrer) retained for up to 30 days for abuse prevention
Nothing else. The marketing site has no forms, no analytics, no tracking pixels.

On Autonnel Cloud (app.autonnel.com)

Account data: email, OAuth provider identifiers, password hash (where applicable)
Tenant data: store configuration, page content, order metadata, billing records (TenantSaasInfo, TenantBilling, Invoice)
Order data your customers generate through funnels you’ve built
Usage data: storage size, order counts, last active timestamp (saas-usage-aggregate cron output)
Payment data: handled by our payment processor (Creem); we store only customer reference IDs

4. Third-party processors

Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, DNS
Creem — subscription billing and payment processing
Anthropic / OpenAI — LLM API calls for page generation and conversion analysis (only when you’ve configured an API key)
Amazon S3 (or compatible) — media storage for your funnel assets

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (United States), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Email hello@autonnel.com to make a request.

6. Retention

Account and tenant data is retained while your account is active. Free-tier tenants that go inactive for an extended period are archived (data retained, frontend suspended). Deleted tenants are hard-deleted after a grace period via the saas-tenant-purge cron.
