Terms of Service — Autonnel

Effective Date: 2026-07-08

1. Acceptance

By using Autonnel Cloud (the “Service”) operated by Autonnel, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

The Service is a managed, hosted version of the open-source Autonnel funnel builder. The Service includes page hosting, custom-domain wiring, managed updates, analytics, and email/Slack notifications.

3. The open-source software

The Autonnel software itself is licensed under Apache-2.0 and is governed separately by the LICENSE file in the autonnel repository. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under that license.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old.

5. Plans and billing

Free — $0, subject to a usage cap and inactivity archival.
Paid — Flat monthly fee ($29 unless stated otherwise). We take no percentage of your sales, order volume, or GMV.
Enterprise — Custom pricing.

Billing is handled by our payment processor (Creem). You authorize us to charge the payment method on file on each billing cycle. Failed payments enter a 7-day grace period before downgrade to Free.

6. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to (a) violate applicable law, (b) infringe IP rights, (c) send spam or malware, (d) target minors with content unsuitable for them, (e) interfere with the Service or other users, or (f) generate, distribute, or solicit NSFW, adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit content of any kind, including through AI image or video generation prompts.

7. AI-generated content

The Service and its integrated AI tools (including Konjura) are intended solely for legitimate marketing and commercial content. You must not submit prompts designed to produce explicit, harmful, or illegal content. We screen prompts before generation and will suspend accounts that attempt to circumvent these restrictions.

8. Your content

You own the content you upload (page content, products, orders). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it as needed to operate the Service.

9. Termination

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate Section 6 or 7 or fail to pay.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We don’t guarantee uptime, conversion outcomes, or any specific result.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United States.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
